Aavesham vs Varshangalkku Shesham collection: 2024 has so far been exceptionally fruitful for the Malayalam film industry, marked by consecutive hits and films that ignited widespread discussions. With the recent success of Blessy’s Aadujeevitham (The Goat Life) setting the stage, the Eid-Vishu season saw the release of two major films on April 11 — Jithu Madhavan’s Aavesham, starring Fahadh Faasil, and Vineeth Sreenivasan’s Varshangalkku Shesham, featuring Dhyan Sreenivasan and Pranav Mohanlal in the lead roles.

Despite their vastly different genres, both films have already emerged as major hits, garnering impressive collections during their opening weekend. Aavesham, however, outperformed Varshangalkku Shesham in both domestic and global earnings by about Rs 3 crore as they gear up for the crucial Monday test.
