KP extends school holidays till January 13

Keeping in view the cold weather in the province, the caretaker government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has decided to extend the holidays of public and private primary schools.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the KP Education Department has also issued a notification about the extension of the school holidays on Sunday.
As per the notification, all public and private primary schools will remain closed till January 13.
The notification further said that the timings of middle, high and higher secondary schools have been changed and these schools open at 9:30 am and close at 3:30 pm.
